A game improvement program is designed to help you get the most out of your game. We work together to layout a coaching and practice plan to put you on the path to better golf.

Every improvement program begins with an evaluation session to develop a personalised program specific to your needs.

Evaluation Session

The evaluation session includes:
 •   Player questionnaire, history and goals
 •   Golf specific physical screen (referral to Ben Taylor at Tailored Health as required)
 •   Skills evaluation to determine current ability and benchmarks
 •   Video analysis of your golf swing
 •   Coaching plan
 •   Practice plan

After each coaching session you will receive:
  •   A review of your lesson
  •   Video of your swing if used
  •   Relevant drills and practice plan
